What do I need to bring to a notarization?
Answer: A current state valid ID, this can be a drivers license or USA passport

Do both parties have to be present for a Vehicle title notarization?
Answer: Yes, in the state of WV the bill of sale has to be signed and notarized by both the buyer and seller. In OH & KY the title is required to be notarized.
